It all began 8 years ago. Serving in what we believe in and what reminds us of home was our dream. And then after COVID-19, when we all were reminded of how precious life is and how food is truly a life force, we refined our ingredients and our recipes to serve our best.
From eliminating yeast and dairy usage from our breads and using local meats and fresh produce, and whole spices in our curries, our dream has come a long way. We are truly grateful for all of our customers to make this happen. It wasn’t easy, but very worth it.
